Once again St. Joseph School will be reinforcing character development through two important programs: 'SJS Students Shine' and 'Caught' Being Good!

SJS Students Shine!

It's time to highlight the outstanding accomplishments of the St. Joseph School community, and we need YOUR help. A jumbo bulletin board outside the school office is devoted to the many successes of St. Joseph School and its students. Allow us to include your sons and daughters as we announce to the world that SJS Students Shine!
Did your son earn his black belt in karate? Was your daughter the winner in the area horse show? Did the Chargers defeat their opponents in the latest game? Your child's success is OUR success, and we want the world to know.
Parents/guardians are encouraged to send in a SIGNED note and picture, if possible, (in care of Mrs. Earnest/Office) or email (mearnest@sjsmch.org) detailing the information to be featured on our SJS Students Shine bulletin board. And let's tell our children that we are proud of ALL of their achievements!
'Caught' Being Good!
Once again we will be offering 'Caught' Being Good!-- an exciting character education program. During selected weeks of the school year, teachers and staff will be on the lookout for students exhibiting a true understanding of what it means to be a follower of Jesus.
Students will be rewarded with a 'Caught' Being Good! ticket for their outstanding conduct and their concern for others. They will write their names and homerooms on the back of the ticket and deposit the ticket in the appropriate container in each classroom. At the end of the week, all tickets will be gathered, and one lucky ticket will be drawn for a weekly prize bag.
If you or your business would like to help us in this important character education program by making a monetary donation or contributing to our prize bag, please contact the school office at 766-2564.
Your support of these and all programs at St. Joseph School is greatly appreciated!
