Notes: * On Monday, your child will be bringing home an issue of National Geographic Kids magazine. Students should read the article 'Mars Mysteries' and answer the 5 questions on the yellow paper with complete sentences. This assignment is due on Friday, 9/24. * If your child is struggling with the weekly spelling words, please take 5 minutes each night to go over them. Or, your child can practice the words on the Spelling City website. We go over them a few times in school, but some children need much more practice with the words than we are able to do in school. Thank you for your help. www.spellingcity.com * Registration for After-School Enrichment Clubs is this Tuesday, 9/21. More information regarding how to register can be found on the SJS website. * Picture Day is this Friday, 9/24. Picture order forms were already sent home a few weeks ago. If you are ordering pictures, please have your child bring the completed order form and payment to school on Friday. Students do not wear their uniforms this day. * First in Math - 20 minutes each week.
